SSC CGL 2021 Eligibility Criteria
There are 4 important criteria which a candidate must fulfill in order to be eligible for the SSC CGL 2021. The 4 parameters are given below:

Tier-I and Tier-II will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions. The questions will be set both in English & Hindi except for English Comprehension in Tier-I and Paper-II in Tier-II. In Tier-I, there will be negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer. In Tier-II, there will be negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer in Paper-II (English Language and Comprehension) and of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I, Paper-III and Paper-IV. In Tier-II, Paper-I and Paper-II are compulsory for all the posts. 12.7.5 Paper-III of Tier-II will be for only those candidates who apply for the posts of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation and who are shortlisted in Tier-I for the Posts. In Tier-II, Paper-IV will be for only those candidates who are shortlisted in Tier-I for Paper-IV i.e. for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer.

Scheme of Tier-IV Examination (Skill Test):
DEST (Data Entry Speed Test): This post for the Tax Assistance (Central Excise and Income Tax), DEST Exam through SSC to check the candidates typing speed. Candidates will type an article by the computer which will be the English paragraph. The time duration will be 15 Minutes and the paragraph length will be 2000 words.
CPT (Computer Proficiency Test): Basically three modules will be in this exam Spread Sheets, Word Processing and Generation of slides.
Application Fee:
The required application fee is Rs. 100/- Exemption: No fee is required to be paid by female, SC, ST, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-Servicemen candidates Applications fee should be pay only through SBI either in the form of challan or through SBI Net Banking or any other bank Credit/Debit Card. Challan form will be generated online To pay fee in cash, candidate should take print out of challan generated online after the completion of Part-1 registration. Deposit the requisite fee in any branch of SBI and then continue with the Part-2 registration Those candidates who want to pay online can go directly to part-2 registration after completion of part-1 registration. Candidate must supply registration number and date of birth to continue to Part-2 registration
